Elm Oyster Mushroom (Hypsizygus ulmarius)
Hypsizygus ulmarius, a variety of oyster mushroom known for its rich umami flavor and light grey color, and protein-packed goodness.
Temperature: For this variety of oyster mushroom, we recommend a temperature of 16 C to 26 C for best results.

I’m writing this review after eating my first ever Oyster mushroom harvest. Nuvedo Spawn is super beginner friendly. It’s been 28 days since I mixed it into some bulk substrate and I was able to harvest right on cue. They were even kind enough to help me find spawn on a day when they were out of stock. I also refrigerated the spawn for a few days before mixing it in with substrate and the mycelium colonized with no issue whatsoever. If you’re a beginner and looking for supplies to start with, I’d highly recommend Nuvedo Oyster Mushroom Spawn.

I purchased 50kgs of white and grey Oyster mushroom spawns. Mushrooms started emerging in 17 days. Usually they start in 25 days. I’ve already ordered my next batch and am hoping for the best.
