Mushroom Growing Kits:
You are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
Your kit is contaminated
To be notified to Nuvedo within 24 hours upon receipt of the kit
Your kit does not produce a harvest
You can request for a replacement only after 15 days of growing/opening the kit. Please remember if you order the wrong kit to the wrong location we will not be able to replace the same. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly note, we do not offer a replacement for DIY Mushroom Growing Kits. However, please inspect the spawn upon arrival if you notice that it is contaminated we will only replace the spawn.
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival!
If your NuvoSpawn is damaged or contaminated due to improper handling during shipment. If you notice any such damage, we will gladly replace your product, as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
At Nuvedo, our products are of the highest quality and we stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, and replace your product. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey! We d0 not have refunds for our products considering these are living breathing beings and cannot ascertain if they were handled/used wrongly. We will offer a one-time-replacement for the growing kits and once we receive your request, we will look into the matter.
At the moment – we do not have any returns since the product can get damaged under returned conditions.
For events we do refund the same:
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 – 10 working days depending on your bank’s policy.
