Thank you for shopping with Nuvedo and for placing your trust in the fungi space, our ethos, journey, and products. We deeply value every order and are committed to supporting you throughout your mycological journey. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order on our website.
Replacement Policy
Mushroom Growing Kits
You are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
1. Contaminated Kit
If your kit arrives contaminated, you must notify Nuvedo within 24 hours of receiving the kit along with clear photos/videos for assessment.
2. No Harvest
If your kit does not produce a harvest, you may request a replacement only after:
- A minimum of 15 days from opening/starting the kit
- Following all growing instructions correctly
Please note:
- Environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and airflow significantly impact mushroom growth.
- If the incorrect kit is ordered for an unsuitable climatic region, we may not be able to provide a replacement.

3. Proof of Purchase
All replacement requests must include:
- Order ID / receipt
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the concern
DIY Mushroom Growing Kits
We currently do not offer replacements for DIY Mushroom Growing Kits.
However:
- Please inspect the spawn immediately upon arrival.
- If the spawn itself is contaminated on delivery, we will replace only the contaminated spawn component if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
NuvoSpawn
Please inspect your NuvoSpawn immediately upon arrival.
If your NuvoSpawn is:
- Damaged during shipment, or
- Contaminated due to handling during transit
We will gladly provide a replacement provided:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Supporting photos/videos are shared
Other Products
This section applies to all non-living products sold on our website including, but not limited to:
- Mushroom extracts
- Supplements
- Merchandise
- Accessories
- Wellness products
- Educational materials
No Refunds or Cancellations
All purchases made on our website are considered final. We do not offer:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Order cancellations
except under the following conditions:
Eligible Exceptions
A replacement or refund may be considered only if:
- The wrong product was shipped by us
- The product arrived damaged due to delivery issues from our side
- The product received is defective upon arrival
- The package is lost in transit and confirmed by our shipping partner
All such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting photographs/videos and your order details.
Aggregator & Third-Party Purchases
Please note:
- We are only responsible for products purchased directly through the Nuvedo Official Website.
- We do not take liability for products purchased through aggregators, marketplaces, resellers, retail stores, or third-party platforms, including issues related to storage, handling, expiry, or authenticity outside our direct supply chain.
Customers are advised to contact the respective platform or seller for concerns regarding third-party purchases.
Refund Policy
At Nuvedo, we stand by the quality and integrity of our products.
Since many of our products involve living cultures, biological materials, or consumable wellness products, we are unable to offer refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Improper handling/storage after delivery
- Environmental growing conditions
- Personal taste/preferences
- Incorrect usage
However, we are committed to helping troubleshoot issues and may provide a one-time replacement where applicable after reviewing the case.
Events & Workshops
For eligible event-related cancellations approved by our team:
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Processing timelines typically take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all orders placed on our website are final.
Once an order has been placed:
- It cannot be modified
- It cannot be canceled
- Shipping details may not be editable after processing begins
Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully review:
- Product selection
- Shipping address
- Contact details
- Order quantity
before completing payment.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, regional accessibility, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
- Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp where applicable.
- Nuvedo is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Natural events or force majeure circumstances
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailability of recipient
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
additional reshipping charges may apply.
Product Handling Responsibility
Many of our products are sensitive to:
- Temperature
- Moisture
- Storage conditions
- Handling practices
Customers are requested to:
- Open and inspect packages immediately upon delivery
- Follow all storage and usage instructions carefully
- Refrigerate/store products where mentioned
Nuvedo shall not be responsible for damage caused after successful delivery due to improper storage or handling.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Nuvedo reserves the right to:
- Refuse replacements/refunds in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims
- Request additional evidence before approving claims
- Limit repeated replacement requests from the same customer/account
