SHIPPING INFO

Availability: Ships anywhere in India

Processing Time:

  • Mushroom Growing Kit : 3-4 days
  • NuvoSpawn: 5-7 days
  • Mushroom Cultivation Supplies: 1-2 days

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • We are able to ship anywhere within India.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
  • We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure successful delivery.
  • For any product-related issues during delivery, you can contact us at support@nuvedo.com and we shall revert to you within 24 hrs.
  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. For bulk orders, there is an additional cost added.
  • We package our products in boxes. Each individual product is packaged with cardboard shredded material and safely secured in a hygienic manner to prevent any damage or contamination. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. To date, we have received very few complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We are not able to offer international shipping at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Standard Shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please check your email periodically to see updates on the same.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
