Been testing nuvedo cordyceps extract on my self and a few of my friends. Definitely see an improvement in endurance during hiking trips. Increases your alertness on a dose dependent fasion.
Found 3-4 ml, useful in this case.

Age: 80 yrs
Condition: Fragile after 2 hospitalization , suffered from Covid and serious COPD, had acute arrhythmic heart beat condition as well, usually had too many medicines as he is already a co-morbid patient (sugar , used to have high BP but now no more, nothing to do with cordy here)
Pre-Cordy: He had been suffering huge lack of energy for few months and regular diet was just not getting enough, without much consultation, I wanna try something which is authentic, safe, plant based, high trust, empirically tested with heavy randomized controlled trials. I was not able to find any tincture, I wanted to provide cordy powder but not, that was not much of an option, I want something as easy as a drop. I found Nuvedo had it and went for it.
Post Cordy: He has good energy, less exhaustion even after many medicines, safe and no side effects. My mom’s nerve issue in both hands also got healed in a week or so (post chikengunya effect). I guess, its a strong product with huge benefits, if 70+ years olds are having it in their fragile health and getting benefitted, how much will if impact the younger ones, its a blessing and a boon to have such a product. The extract definitely works and I’ve observed increased performance in running. However the price seems really high considering it’s only 25 ml and suggested use is 2ml . So 1500+tax for just 12 days seems very high
